Synergy Cloud partners with Claim Technology to develop joint claims solutions for P&C claims.

Synergy Cloud, an independent Claims Management System (CMS) provider, has announced that it is partnering with Claim Technology to develop joint solutions for the claims market.

The first joint solution will see Synergy Cloud’s livestream video capability being integrated into Claim Technology’s customer self-serve chatbot, which will be available as a Plug&Play solution via Claim Technology’s insurtech marketplace.

Further collaborations later this year are expected to include the industry’s first zero-touch self-serve solution for surge events (e.g. flooding) as well as supply chain P2P (procure to pay) automation. This partnership is an example of insurtechs working together to co-create innovative solutions that can be deployed at scale.
